Chapter 285 Get Out Of My Villa (Part Two)

"Okay, " said Cherry, still keeping her calm while she was speaking to Andrew. She was still thinking

about the receipt she had just seen in the study, and she wondered, 'Should I ask Grandpa about it? If I

ask him, I'm not sure that he'll tell me the truth, and I don't even dare to imagine the consequences.

What I really care about is why Jackson didn't tell me any of this. Why didn't he tell me that he knew

Mond?'

Since Andrew had fallen silent, Cherry continued to say, "Grandpa, I'll go upstairs now."

"Okay, go and rest before Jackson comes back, " said Andrew, while nodding his head.

"Okay."

Cherry then went upstairs back to the bedroom, closed the door behind her, and then nervously leaned

against the back of it. She suddenly felt a little scared in her mind, and thought, 'How many secrets

does this family have? Are my son and I safe living here?'

Cherry suddenly remembered that his son had told her that Jackson had sent someone to protect him.

Now when she thought about it again, Cherry knew that Jackson knew something. Jackson hadn't told

her anything, although he knew that Mond was around them and that he was so worried about his son.

Cherry then slowly walked to the bed, sat down on it and silently stared ahead of her. Sally was in the Content © provided by NôvelDrama.Org.

city, her sister Jean had also come back, and Mond, whom she didn't know, was also in the city. Cherry

wondered how many other things she didn't know. Whom could she trust? Was it actually true that she

couldn't trust anyone except John, as Stephen had told her? Not even Jackson?

Jackson and Derek were in their military uniforms in their office. The atmosphere there was quiet, and

they were both pondering about something in silence.

"Bobby got accurate information that Mond will definitely attend the party tonight, " suddenly said

Derek.

"I have already known that this is his best chance to make his appearance, " said Jackson, while he

stared at a cup on the table in front of him. He wasn't actually looking at it, but staring blankly into the

air while he was thinking about the problem at hand.

Derek then suddenly looked at Jackson, and asked, "Then what should we do?"

"Wait, " said Jackson calmly.

"If Mond meets Cherry and Joe, then isn't it..." said Derek, but he didn't finish his words because he

knew that Jackson understood what he meant.

"I think that he's known about them for a long time already, and that he's already met them, " said

Jackson. He had seen Mond at the gates of his son's school that day, and it had to be him, he was

absolutely sure about that. According to his understanding of Mond, since he could find his son's

school, then he also knew about Cherry working at the JS Group. If Mond detected that Jackson had

asked someone to protect his son, he wouldn't dare to make rash decisions.

Derek agreed with him in his mind, because Mond had targeted Jackson ever since he came back to

the city. How could he have not investigated into the people around Jackson?

"Should we just wait for him to come to us?" Derek then looked at Jackson.

"He might say something to me at the party tonight. We'll talk about it after that, " said Jackson. He

wasn't in a hurry, and he thought that he had everything under control, but he was also afraid of

underestimating Mond. After all, they hadn't seen each other for so many years, and he had no clue

about how Mond was at the present moment.

Derek thought for a while, and as he nodded, said, "I think that Sally and Jean will also be there."

"The party will be very exciting tonight, and I'm sure Mond won't let his little friends stay at home, " said

Jackson. "Just that..."

"Just what?" quickly asked Derek.

"What I'm worried about is that Cherry will meet Jean, " said Jackson, concerned. Although Cherry had

already found out that Jean was in the city, she hadn't met her yet. He was worried that she would lose

control of herself when she saw Jean, and although she still regarded Jean as her own relative, Jean

might not. He was even more worried that Jean might be on Mond's side now, and that she would hurt

Cherry.

Derek nodded as he thought about it, and said, "Well, Jean is now on Mond's side. If she hurts Cherry,

then..."

"Cherry will accompany me tonight, and if she insists on leaving, tell Selina to take good care of her.

Pay more attention to her than usual, " said Jackson.

"Okay, I understand. I'll tell Selina later, " nodded Derek.

"John will also see Jean tonight, " suddenly said Jackson. He still cared about his nephew, and

although he had used to have some conflicts with him, he had still grown up with him nonetheless all.

John had been obeying his orders ever since childhood, so Jackson didn't hate him now.

"Yeah, I wonder how he will be like when he meets his ex-wife, " said Derek. He then sighed, and

continued to say, "Fortunately, John doesn't know anything about Mond, but if he finds out something,

he might tell it to Cherry."

"If he dares to utter even half of a word, I'll kill him, " said Jackson. He stared blankly ahead, and

continued to say, "I wanted to seal his mouth for good when he found out what had happened to the He

and An Family. If he dares to say anything, I won't let him go so easily."

In his heart, Jackson only wanted to protect Cherry, and if anyone ever dared to say anything to her, he

would make them personally suffer.

"Jackson, don't be angry, John wouldn't say anything to her. You're his uncle, he knows what to do. He

knows that Cherry will be in danger if he says anything. Do you think he wants to put Cherry in

danger?" Derek tried to persuade Jackson.
