Chapter 32 Surprised It's Her?
Chapter 32 Surprised It's Her?
Just after I walk out of the office, the people in the conference room came out.
Clara tried to stop me, but Marcel swept away the previous gloom, smiled charmingly and met Clara to
say a few words.
I called Zach aside and explained with immense seriousness,
“Zach, remember, the process of dyeing is the lifeblood of our factory, moreover, the hope of our fellow
workers, so it must not be known by anyone, including Clara! Do you hear me?”
Zach hurriedly nodded his head, and I added.
“Guard against that Marcel. He's after the formula, once he has it, the workers money will be lost.”
“Matteo, can't you... can't you stay? The workers look up to you!”
Zach looked at me sadly.
“Mark my words. I gotta go.”
With that, I headed straight downstairs.
At some point, her voice suddenly came from above.
“Come home for dinner tonight.”
When I looked back, Clara was standing there, looking at me with a smile. I just smiled awkwardly and
waved at her.
‘I can't go back. The man you wrote love letters to for seven years was back. What's the point of me
staying? Sis, I've repaid my debt of gratitude to you.’
Carrying my bag, I left the factory and stood by the roadside of the development area. I gave the
factory a reluctant look, took out the phone and called Sienna.
“Hey, busy?”
I asked.
“What is it?”
She was still as cold as ever.
“Let’s meet.”
I pulled out the cigarette Clara bought for me and took a deep drag.
“I'm busy! Also, I will never help you in the future to do something unreliable.”
She said with refinement in her words.
“I'm looking for you for this. I borrowed 20 million from you taking the formula as collateral. We need a
written agreement that I will pay you back this money within a year.”
She was silent for a moment and said with a small sigh.
“You're Master's apprentice, so I trust you, so between us, there's no need to get a written agreement.”
Sienna and I, although we'd never met, had built absolute trust in each other because of Master!
So she was pretty solid for me.
“Never mind, where are you? I'll send someone to pick you up.”
When I didn't say anything, she said.
Turning back, I looked at the setting dusk and at Clara's factory, and squinted.
“Development Zone, the door of the Blue Butterfly Textile Factory.”
Twenty minutes later, a black Rolls Royce pulled up next to me. With windows rolled down, a male
driver asked.
“Mr. Matteo?”
“Yes.”
Looking at that car, I felt that Sienna's identity was definitely not simple.
“Get in, Miss Sienna has made a meal ready.”
Then I arrived in downtown to a ladies' health club.
I was met at the door by a fine looking girl with short hair, dressed in a black professional outfit with
black-rimmed glasses. She had expressionless face despite her hot body.
“You're... Sienna?”
I asked .
“Miss Sienna is waiting for you upstairs, come with me.”
With a mechanical smile, she motioned me into the hall.
I scratched my head and followed her inside. This health club was decorated in glorious style. It was
dazzling with beautiful women inside.
The elevator went straight to the top floor and the girl who picked me up said.
“Miss Sienna is inside, please come in.”
When she finished, she pushed the door open for me.
It was a huge room, with pure cashmere carpet, gold chandeliers, and huge floor-to-ceiling windows This content is © NôvelDrama.Org.
that took in almost all of downtown at night.
In front of the floor-to-ceiling window was a Western-style dining table with steaks and meals on it. Next
to the table were two sofas. Sienna, leaning on the sofa, faced her back to me.
“Sienna, thank you for helping me out so much.”
Stepping on the soft carpet, I walked towards her.
“Sit down.”
She didn't turn around, and her voice was cold but magnetic.
Walking over to the table, I saw her. She was in a long sky blue dress with extremely standard
proportions figure and a long smooth, flawless leg showing under the dress.
She had a mask on her face and was half lying on the couch and gave me a very lazy look and said.
“You're Matteo Chan?
I nodded and sat down across from him. She straightened up, uncovered her mask and said,
“Why are you so average?
You hardly have any characteristics. Master should not have taken you as an apprentice.”
But I was stunned!
“It is you!”
Wasn't she the girl who drew the attention of many people at the economic summit that day?
“What? Do you know me?”
Her eyes were extremely pretty in a faint blue, but she said with a puzzle.
“Not many people in R City have seen me.”
“The economic summit ......”
“Oh! Ok!”
She nodded and looked at me gracefully and asked, “Go ahead, what do you want from me?”
I didn't want to look at her with glazed eyes, but I really couldn't help it. She had the looks and the
temperament that could destroy almost any man's hypocrisy.
Forcing myself to look down, I said.
“I think a written agreement is still needed for borrowing your money.”
“I told you, we don't need that, because I trust you, and I trust him.”
As she said this, she picked up her knife and fork to slice her steak tastefully.
“Sienna, how much do you know about Master?
I don't believe he's a bad guy, I'm going to get him out!”
At the thought of Master, I was firm.
Her eyes narrowed and her face turned to the window as she looked out at the beautiful night and said.
“I went to see him a few days ago, and he told me never to let me or you get involved in this!
So, you know what to do.”
I immediately said, “Master has treated me with great kindness, and I must get involved!”
“How much do you know R City? You want to get involved?”
She jerked to her feet. She lost her temper in an instant that scared me.
“Matteo, the fact that someone as powerful as Master was caught only means that the enemy is even
more terrifying than you imagined!”
Sienna clutched her knife and fork, looking out the window with an angry and sad expression.
“You're also Master's apprentice, aren't you? Are we just going to sit here and live in this world like
this? Everything I have now is from Master, so no matter who the enemy is, I must bring him down and
get Master out!”
The most common phrase Master ever told me was “fight”!
If you feel life is unfair, get up and fight, and if there's a breath left, keep fighting!
Dignity is earned by resistance!”
Sienna turned her head, looked deep at me, smiled lightly and said.
“You're not as bad as I thought, at least you have feelings!”
“Who is the opponent? Do you know that or not?”
I took out a cigarette. When I was to light it, I put it down. How could I smoke in this luxurious place.
“Smoke it.”
She glanced at me, with her fair fingers shaking the red wine.
“I don't know who the opponent is, but there is one thing that will tell us the answer.”
“What?”
I asked.
“A diary, that was something Master had carried close to him.
Matteo, did Master give it to you?”
She asked as she paused shaking the wine and stared at me with seductive eyes.
