Chapter 15 He Can Always Come Across Her Embarrassment Moment
Tina's hair had been pulled all the time, so the back of her head hit the ground when her hair was
suddenly let go. Even with the carpet as a cushion, she still had a small concussion. ConTEent bel0ngs to Nôv(e)lD/rama(.)Org .
"Tina!" Noticing that the person being beaten was Tina, Alice rushed to her side with a cry of surprise.
She exploded with anger when she saw Tina's face.
Alice then helped her up. Tina said in a daze, "Alice?"
"Who are you? How dare you start a fight in Golden Club?"
Alice was so angry that she stood up as soon as she helped Tina to sit against the wall.
Tina opened her eyes in a trance and only then did she recognize the leader, who was dressed in a
light yellow dress with hands on her hips. She was arrogant and ostentatious, clearly a lady from the
rich family.
It was Samuel's cousin, Anna.
"Stop pretending! Where is my husband?"
"You were dumb enough to lose your husband. Why did you come out and beat people up? You are so
ill-bred."
Her cold voice was mixed with displeasure. It was chilling.
Tina was stunned for a moment. As she turned to look at the stairs, she could hardly breathe.
The mottled light and shadow cast by the crystal lamp fell on Samuel's face, making him seem gloomy
and frightening. He just stood there, condescendingly looking at them as if he was watching a comedy.
"Cousin...Samuel?" Anna's face turned pale and she subconsciously took a step back. "I'm here to look
for Jeremy."
"Looking for Jeremy? It's like you are trying to kill someone."
He sounded sarcastic and domineering. There were a bunch of people standing in the corridor, but no
one dared to make a sound after hearing this.
In the silence, someone hurried up the stairs. "What's wrong?"
As soon as he appeared, Anna cried and rushed over to punch him. "Why did you come here so late..."
Tina twitched the corners of her lips and a trace of sullenness flashed in her eyes. She thought, "I am
the one who got beaten up. Now she's crying like this, making her more like the victim."
As soon as Jeremy appeared, the truth became clear. He had something to talk about with Samuel and
Jonathan, so he habitually made an appointment at Jonathan's club. At someone's instigation, Anna
thought that Jeremy was having an affair with the female boss of Golden Club, but then she mistook
Tina for Alice. That was how everything happened.
"Mr. Blake, you don't think your wife can beat my friend up like this just because of a misunderstanding,
right?"
Alice looked cold and stood beside Tina, obviously asking for an explanation.
"What else do you want? Do you want her to beat me up too?" Anna was crying bitterly just now, but
she suddenly raised her head from Jeremy's arms and looked aggressive again.
Jeremy's face froze and he quickly pulled her back. "What are you talking about?"
He had glanced at Tina in the corner just now and immediately recognized her. Besides, as Samuel
said something, he knew all this would be hard to end.
"Look at you people standing in the corridor. Isn't it a bit outrageous?"
Tina recognized the voice. It was the man who had tried to stop them just now.
She raised her head and looked over.
It was Jonathan, one of Samuel's few friends.
Jonathan had a charming face with a little redness at the end of his eyes and when he smiled, his eyes
glistened slyly. He watched them with one hand in his pocket and didn't say anything until the truth was
revealed.
"Babe, help your friend up. Let's talk inside."
Alice listened to Jonathan. After hearing this, she could only suppress her anger and help Tina up first.
Tina felt pain all over her body. As she stood up suddenly, she felt like her head was about to turn
upside down.
She leaned against Alice, watching Jeremy take Anna inside. Then Jonathan also casually walked in.
Samuel was walking in front of them, blocking the weak light of the crystal lamp and casting a large
shadow.
There were only three rows of sofas in the room, and the people before them had all sat down.
Jonathan leaned lazily and waved at Alice.
"Babe, come here."
Alice was a little hesitant because she wanted to help Tina to sit down.
"There is room beside Samuel, so let your friend sit there. You come here to me."
Tina didn't know whether Jonathan threw the bomb at her purposefully or not, nor did she know
whether to sit down or not.
Unexpectedly, Samuel didn't pretend to not know her.
He snorted with great sarcasm, "Will you die after sitting down?"
Tina gritted her teeth and let go of Alice's hand. "I'll just sit here with Mr. Langford."
Alice had no choice but to help Tina sit down and then went to Jonathan's side.
