Chapter 804 Visit Relatives (Part One)
Lawrence chatted with Elsa for a long time. He only drove away when the latest Rolls-Royce Black
Badge Wraith that Mike's Family sent to Wilson's house arrived.
Lawrence soon arrived at the Chu family villa. When he got out of the vehicle, he didn't get into the
house immediately. Instead, he looked around the place. This was where he spent his happiest days. 'It
still looks like an ancient castle. So many years have already passed, but it still looks like the same
when I left. This house carries all my childhood memories, ' he thought.
He suddenly spotted two familiar figures inside the gate. Lily was busy changing soil in the flower pot
while Bill was pruning a tree.
Lawrence walked inside the villa and laid eyes on Bill and Lily who were very engaged in their work.
"Hello, Bill. Hello, Lily," he greeted while taking off his sunglasses.
Bill and Lily both looked towards the direction where the voice came from. When they caught sight of
the young man, they were taken by great surprise.
"L, Lawrence?" Lily called out. She was staring at Lawrence, slack-jawed.
"Mr. Lawrence," Bill greeted in shock. He was pretty sure that this handsome lad in front of him was
Lawrence.
Lawrence made his way to Lily and took her in his arms tightly without minding the dirt on her hands.

seeing Lily again after many years brought joy to his heart.
"Mr. Lawrence, please let me go. I have mud all over my clothes," Lily said in embarrassment.
"It's okay. If my clothes get dirty, you can help me wash them," Lawrence replied with an impish laugh.
But he also let go of her. He then stared at Lily with brooding eyes, 'She got older. Time showed no
mercy on her. Her face has wrinkled with age. She used to look so elegant and shrewd but now she's
just like any other women in a very simple clothing.'
"I'm glad that you're still that naughty Mr. Lawrence I knew," Lily remarked with a bright smile. In her
eyes, Lawrence had been a witty and mischievous child. The way he dealt with things and his
intelligence weren't fit to his young age. But now, she assumed that he must have grown into an
outstanding person.
Lawrence also gave her a bright smile and then turned to Bill. "How are you, Bill?" he asked politely.
"I'm good, Mr. Lawrence. I exercise every day," Bill answered gladly. "You're not leaving this time, I
guess?" he added.
"Yes. My parents have already settled in Hong Kong and Violet went there too so I have to come back
here and watch over our family," Lawrence replied.
While Lawrence and Bill were talking, Lily butted in and pretended to whine, "Mr. Lawrence, you should
have informed us ahead of time. In that way, I could have bought more ingredients and cook some of
your favorite dishes."
"Well," Lawrence replied with a shrug. After several seconds, he looked back at Lily. "Now that you
mentioned food, I suddenly feel hungry. I actually didn't eat anything at Uncle Wilson's house."
When Lily heard his last words, she flustered. "Wait a minute. I'll just clean my hands then I will cook
something for you," she said with a rattled expression.
Then she turned to Bill and said, "Help me take care of these flower pots."
"Just leave them to me. Go and cook for Mr. Lawrence now. Don't let him wait for too long," Bill
responded instantly.
Lily rushed into the house while Bill went back to his work. Lawrence also followed Lily and entered the
villa.
As he stepped on the floor, memories suddenly flashed on his mind vividly. In this house, he and his
family used to play and talk merrily in the living room. He even had challenged his father by insisting on
his mother's company in the evening. Besides, he was also taught by his mother here. He could still
clearly remember those scenes in the past.
Lawrence headed for the kitchen. There was still a pitcher on the table just like before. However, this
one was made of plastic, not glass.
Lawrence suddenly remembered that night that his lovely sister laid on her own blood. He could never
take that memory out of his mind. He blamed himself for failing to protect Violet. He thought nothing
would have happened if he had stayed with his sister that night.
At the thought of Violet's accident, he became overwhelmed by guilt. He said silently, 'I'm sorry, Violet.'
From the kitchen, Lawrence walked into the living room and sat down on the couch. He then decided to
call Mike.
"Mr. Lawrence, what can I do for you?" Mike asked impatiently.
"I need to know everything about the Xiao family. You have two days," Lawrence commanded in an ice-
cold tone.
"Oh man! If you want to know about them, why not ask Violet directly? She is a part of the Xiao family,"
Mike responded immediately.
"Can you believe that I can sweep all your Dad's forces in this city just in one week?" Lawrence gave
Mike a fake warning. He was just trying to make Mike understand that he had no other choice but to
follow his order.
"Please don't, boss. I will do whatever you ask," Mike yielded almost instantly. Then he changed the
topic. "You know, I really think that it's cool that my Dad is the leader in the underground. Otherwise I
would have persuaded him to leave that circle and do business," he said.
"We'll dominate this city, Mike," Lawrence said in a grave tone.
"That should be," Mike agreed. "Now that your Dad handed over the JC Group to you and I will meet
my Dad's friends and men in a couple of days, we can do whatever we want," Mike added confidently.
He had never doubted that this city would soon fell in their hands.
