Chapter 87 – Getting Ana out of the house.

Lily’s POV

After Cayden and I bidded ourselves goodbye that afternoon, I started thinking about what I could do to solve the issue that we had.

I went home and I finished everything that I was to do, so I would retire to bed early. I didn’t want to retire to bed early because I wanted to sleep, I wanted to be left alone to think about what we could do.

Hours later, I still hadn’t come up with anything. I got out of bed and I went to my dressing table.

When I grabbed my phone, an idea suddenly popped into my head and I thought about it for a while to see if it was foolproof. Fortunately for us, it was.

I wanted to call Cayden immediately to inform him of the plan, but I knew that he could be with her, so I didn’t. I didn’t want to make any mistakes, so I didn’t send him a message either.

A voice in my head kept on telling me that Cayden was going to come to the shop the next morning and I decided to tell him there codedly.

Even if he doesn’t come to the shop, I made a plan to call him and inform him to see me. By that time, I was sure that he wouldn’t be with Ana.

I went to bed smiling because I was happy with my plan.

The next morning, I got up really early and I stormed off to work, but not before I made sure everything was fine at home.

When I got to the shop, I started cleaning everywhere before the customers started arriving. An hour later, the shop was already filled with people that wanted to enjoy the morning warmth of the pastries.

The shop was filled with people and Cayden wasn’t one of them. I continued checking around to see if he was around or not.Exclusive © material by Nô(/v)elDrama.Org.

After a while, I made the decision to call him later, instead of waiting for him to just come.

I was at the counter, trying to serve some pastries, when I was called from a table. I looked over at the table and I saw Cayden sitting there, while smiling at me.

I went to him and he told me that he just wanted some snacks. I was surprised that he didn’t even talk about the plan, but I pushed the thought aside because I thought he would have planned for us to meet after leaving the shop.

From a book, I tore a small paper and I told him that I already had a plan through the paper. I folded it properly and I placed it under the meal that I served to him.

A minute later, he finally noticed the paper and he called me again. When I got to him, he dragged me outside to speak properly.

“What plan do you have, Lily?” He said and I chuckled lightly.

“Don’t worry, I’ll tell you about it later. I just want you to know that I have thought of a way to get Ana out of your house.” I said and he seemed really surprised at that.

“What? Are you sure about that? Is the plan foolproof?” He asked and I chuckled inwardly because he used the word that I had used the night before.

“Yes, it is. You don’t have to worry about that.” I assured him and even though he seemed sceptical about that, I told him to just calm down.

“You need to do something to make the plan work though.” I asked him and he squinted his eyes at me.

“What’s that?”

“You have to get her out of your house at midnight and you’ll take her to a hotel.” I said and he started looking at me like I had gone crazy.

“What?” He said and I laughed lightly.

“You just have to do it for everything to make sense. After taking her to the hotel, she wouldn’t be able to go back into the house for a while, till tomorrow at least.” I said and I begged him by batting my eyes at him repeatedly.

“Okay, sure.” He finally said and I nodded at him. I was happy with the way everything was going and I was pretty sure that the plan was going to work.

“But are you sure that it’s going to work?” Cayden asked me.. again and I was suddenly feeling weird that he didn’t even believe me enough to carry the plan on.

“Yes. Do you want me to show you a proof of how it’s going to work?” I asked him, even though I didn’t have any proof to show him.

He looked at me for a few seconds before he answered.

“No, no. It’s fine. So, I’m guessing that I’ll take her to the hotel till tomorrow?” He asked.

“Yes. By tomorrow, we’ll do something.” I said boldly and after that, we both went back inside into the shop. I was already happy that Cayden was already on board with the plan.

After I closed the shop, I ran to the house because I had been so anxious to start the plan with Cayden.

When I got home, I did everything that I knew I had to do and I also tucked Jacek in. When I was pretty sure that Granny and Jacek were asleep, I sat on my bed, waiting for Cayden to call even though we still had an hour to spare.

When it was ten minutes to eleven, I got up from the bed and I started preparing for Cayden’s call because we talked about him making the plans to take her out around eleven.

I just hoped he was going to do it just the way we planned it. I wanted to call him to ask him how the plan was going so bad, but I just decided to hold myself.

If he wanted me to know how things were going, then he would have definitely called me.

Getting her out of the house to the hotel was just for today, tomorrow, we’d do something about it.
