I felt disgusted at the way Anderson pinned my hands over my head on the wall with one of his hands.

More disgusting and annoying was the fact that he was forcefully kissing me all over my neck.

I could take it no more.

“Stop it!”

I heard myself say.

He must be a beast in bed, seeing that his body was constantly rushing adrenaline into him every time.

He stopped what he was doing and looked at me.

“You don’t like it?”

“I don’t.”Content from NôvelDr(a)ma.Org.

I replied smugly.

Truth was, I did like it… But not this way. It wasn’t about the position I loved the wall-pinning scenes in the novels I read when I was still in high school.

I just didn’t like the fact that he was trying to force me into it.

“Oh…”

He muttered under his breath, loosening his grip on me, till finally, he let me go.

I peered into his eyes and saw hurt.

Hurt?!

Why would he be hurt that I refused to allow him to do his stupid stuff on my body?

Not that I care anyway.

I walked past him and picked the clothes he’d wanted to hand me from the floor and was about to head outside his room before he got me frozen.

“You’re staying in this room. My ( laying a lot of emphasis on ‘my’) room!”

I don’t just get why this girl’s not falling for me. It’s very annoying that I’m in love with her, but she doesn’t feel the same.

When she asked for it, I let her go.

I mean, what’s so different in her? Every other girl I showed a slight interest in their body gave in to me… ALWAYS!

So why was she proving difficult?

Maybe it’s because she’s still a virgin.

Yes. I tore her hymen, but I didn’t fvck her… So basically she’s still a virgin.

She made to leave my room, and I got angry. Holding myself back from walking towards her and losing my temper… I muttered just seven words and it froze her.

But one thing I didn’t count for was the reply she gave.

“OK.”

“Huh?”

I asked, to be sure I heard her correctly.

“I said OK.”

She repeated.

“Wow,”

I muttered.

“I’m tired of arguing with you all the time, so I might just take a break.”

She said coolly, turned on her heels, and heels headed for the bathroom.

Sharon clanked her heels on the tiled floor as she walked into April’s office.

April looked up from the paperwork she was handling earlier and let her eyes rest on her secretary.

“Miss, Mr. Patterson seeks an audience with you.”

Sharon let out as soon as she got to April’s desk.

Not interested in what Greg had to say to her, she told her secretary to go send him off.

“Tell him to book an appointment next time.”

Sharon left the office and soon, she was back.

April rolled her eyes

“What’s it again?”

“He insists on seeing you miss.”

Sharon replied.

“Why?”

“According to him, he has something important to tell you, a deal at the end.”

“Alright. Show him in.”

April commanded and Sharon left.

“She says she’ll see you now.”

Sharon informed Greg as soon as she got outside.

“Alright.”

Greg replied and walked towards the door to April’s office, while Sharon went back to her desk.

“What brings you here?”

April asked as she gathered the paper files on her desk withdrawal looking at the man standing inches away from her.

“Won’t you at least offer me a seat?”

April stopped what she was doing abruptly and looked at him. Scanning his eyes and facial expression, she loosened up.

“Have a seat. I’ll join you in a short while.”

She said and continued with what she was doing while Greg made himself comfortable on one of the couches in the middle of the office.

April finished what she was doing, dropped the paperwork neatly on the side of the desk, and stood up from her seat.

Closing the distance between herself and the other party, she crossed over and sat down on the head coach.

“How’re you?”

Greg asked and April slapped him across his face with her reply.

“Go straight to why you’re here, I’m a busy woman.”

“You could have answered my question.”

Greg said, crestfallen.

“Well, I didn’t.”

“You don’t have to be rude all the time.”

Greg informed.

“I know, but Rude suits me.”

April replied, a glum smile on her lips.

“Whatever. I’m here because of my daughter, Phoebe.”

Greg announced.

“What about your daughter?”

April asked, not the least interested.

“I’m planning on opening up a cosmetic company for her, and since I and Simon are close, I thought it better if you’d be her first business ally and partner.”

Greg explained.

“Oh wow. So later she’d start competing with me and throw me out of business, which I know isn’t exactly possible?”

April huffed.

“No. I just want you to partner with her, her very first partner so others can know she’s now in the cosmetic industry.”

“And I trust you discussed this with my father first?”

“Not really, but yes.”

Greg answered.

“Then NO.”

April said and stood up from the head coach.

“Wait, what?”

Greg asked, rising too in disbelief.

“You heard me loud and clear.”

April pursed her lips.

“But why?”

Greg questioned.

“In case you had no idea, I am not in the best of state with Phoebe, and I don’t want to be.”

April answered.

“So you’ll not take my offer and do this for me?”

“I won’t. Please take your leave.”

April said a little strict.

“Ap…”

“Do journey back home safely.”

April cut him off, turned on her heels, and walked to her desk… Signifying ‘Talk’s over.’

Greg got the message and left.

April looked up and mumbled under her breath.

“Stupid bastard.”

Greg walked into his office and sat down on one of the couches, instead of him main to cool off his hot head.

“How was it?”

Someone asked and Greg shook in fright, so doing, his medicated eyeglass fell off his face.

“Relax Dad, it’s me. Phoebe.”

Greg sighed in relief but perked up soon after.

“What are you doing back here?”

“I got your secretary to inform me if you went out and came back, and she did.”

Phoebe explained.

“Oh…”

“Yeah, so how’d it go with April?”

Phoebe asked.

“Bad.”

“Huh?”

“She refused to partner with you.”

Greg said.

“What?! How dare that b! tch?”

Phoebe fumed.

“Calm down, it’s her company after all.”

Greg advised.

“It’s time for plan two Dad.”

“What plan two?”

Greg asked confused.

Phoebe walked to him, sat down on the arm of the couch her Dad was sitting on, and leaned into him to whisper in his ear.

“We’re going to … And I need you to help me.”

Phoebe whispered and got off him.

“Wow, I love that plan.”

Greg said grinning from ear to ear like a little kid who got the chocolate he asked for.

“I knew you would.”

Phoebe winked and smiled.

“The main thing Dad is… Will you help me?”

“Of course you know I will!”

“Then weds ready. It won’t be long till we take over them and become Number 1.”

Phoebe smirked evilly.

“If I can’t get Anderson, or help to kick start my career… I’ll have to destroy them…”

Phoebe said as her face curved into an evil smile and her Dad looked on at her with divine admiration.
