The chat group without Trevor started going crazy the next moment.

"Oh my. Is Boss peeling pistachio's skin?"

"Yea! He looks so good while doing so."

"Oh my god. Who is the lucky woman?"

Trevor smiled dotingly as he looked at the pistachios in his hands, and the moment was captured and sent into the group chat.

Instantly, the female staff felt jealousy rising within them.

"Oh my. I didn't expect Boss to act this way!"

"Who? Who took my man away from me?"

"Oh my god! Please don't stare at the pistachios like that! It's driving me crazy!"

The next moment, Trevor peeled the skin of the pistachio before carefully placing them in his hands. Then, he stopped the ongoing meeting before walking over to the bed and feeding them to Jessica. Even though Jessica initially felt nothing, her face soon turned a rosy-red shade.

"What else do you want to eat? I can peel them for you. Do you want some apples?" Trevor's loving voice drifted from the other side of the conference call.

On the other side of the office, the top executives exchanged looks of shock among themselves.

They all had a single thought, "Did Mr. Gulliford finally find love?"

Some of them were even curious to know the gender of the person that Trevor was speaking to.

Some wondered inwardly, "Could it be a man that Mr. Gulliford is speaking to?"

Jessica spoke. "Go back to work. There's no need to worry about me."

Her voice caused an uproar in the group chat once again.

"Oh my god. It's a woman. I heard her voice. It's a woman's voice." "I heard Mr. Gulliford hired a secretary at another branch." "Oh no. Is Martin going to retire?" Meanwhile, behind the door, Martin was scrolling through the messages in the group chat speechlessly.

"Retire? Mr. Gulliford won't be willing to pass this tiring job over to Mrs. Gulliford," he thought.

The female staff in the group erupted into chaos upon hearing his words.

"Stay still? What is boss doing? I'm worried."

"Ahh! I'm going crazy! How can Mr. Gulliford do that while he is going live?"

"No! Don't do anything like this, Mr. Gulliford. I can't bring myself to see this."

Jessica would have been deeply embarrassed if she had been part of the group chat.

"All right. Be good. I have a meeting." Trevor's voice sounded again before he returned to his laptop.

Upon hearing his words, confusion appeared on those infatuated staffs' faces.

"He is done? So quick?"

"Done? Is there something wrong with Mr. Gulliford?"

"Hey. Stop overthinking or imaginingthings!" Martin typed, trying to put a stop to their discussion.

He cursed inwardly, What the hell are they thinking?

Trevor waved his hands, a sign for the executives to continue with their presentations.

Jessica calmed as she reminded herself again. This is Trevor Gulliford we are talking about here. He is someone that despises me greatly. I can't ever fall in love with him again. If I falt again, I'm the most useless woman in the world!

Deep in her thoughts, Jessica choked on her saliva. She cleared her throat. Trevor quickly ran over to her side before gently patting herself on the back. "Watch out. Drink slowly. Hmm, why don't I feed you?" He asked.

Someone had shared the

conference call to the group chat, so when the infatuated female staff heard the recording of Trevor saying such things, they went completely crazy.

"Feed her himself? Using his mouth? Damn it. I'm goingto jump out of this building. Don't stop me!"

"Is Boss displaying his affection publicly now? We have enough of it, okay?"
