Chapter 30 Just an ordinary person
All the staffs patiently waited for their boss in the meeting hall including Wayne.
Some was beginning to wonder if there was something wrong.
It’s been long since their boss has called for a meeting like this.
He only calls for an urgent meeting if there was something suspicious going on in the company or he wants to make something known to them.
Aiden came in a minute later and they all bowed as they greeted him.
“I know you all must be wondering why I called for an urgent meeting this morning, well it’s for a good reason.” Aiden said loudly enough to all of his workers.
“Mrs Tihana, please step forward.”Content is property of NôvelDrama.Org.
Tihana nervously stepped out. Why was Aiden calling her out?
“Stand beside me here sweetheart.” Tihana did as she was told but after she scoffed within herself.
Aiden wrapped his arm around her in a smile.
“Firstly, I would like to officially announce to you all that I am married to this beautiful damsel over here.” There was a loud ovation as the whole workers clapped their hands.
Few of the ladies were jealous but they still clapped because they didn’t want anyone, especially their boss to notice.
“Thank you. Now, to the main reason why we’re all here. I want to announce to all of you, most epesciallly those in the research and development department that henceforth, Mrs Tihana Turner here would be your new head of department.”
There was a few murmuring amongst the workers but Aiden still continued.
“The recent head would be her assistant, I hope everything is clear now?”
“Yes sir.” The whole staffs chorused.
“Any questions?” Aiden asked but the hall was dead silent.
“Good, you all can go back to your offices.”
All the workers left the hall, leaving Tihana, Wayne and Aiden.
Tihana also left but that was not without glaring at Aiden.
Aiden smirked and Wayne came closer to him.
“I can see she also doesn’t like you one bit.”
“Like I care.”
“If you don’t like her and she doesn’t like you too then what is the aim of this?”
“What?”
“Don’t act like you don’t know what I’m talking about. What’s the aim of marrying her if you’ll not accept her as her your wife?”
“I also don’t know but I believe with time, you’ll understand.”
“Me? What about you?”
“I ain’t the one who wants to know the aim of the marriage, am I?” Aiden gave a questioning face.
Wayne sighed as Aiden had already gotten him speechless.
Aiden brought out his phone. He placed a call on one of his associate as he left the place with Wayne following behind him.

Blossom sat down in the car with her head rested on the seat. She was in thoughts.
Aiden thinks he could get rid of her so easily by getting married to a whore but he was totally wrong.
She had initially thought Aiden got married to get rid of her but with the way Aiden defends the whore, it is very obvious that it was more than that.
There was only one wish in her heart and that was that all these should just be one of Aiden’s prank or probably a dream.
She couldn’t just wake up one day and accept that Aiden was married.
It was either her or no one else.
“Madam, a car just drove in.” The driver tapped her, breaking into her thoughts.
“Why the heck did you tap me with that filthy hand of yours?”
“You looked deep in thoughts and there was no other way I could think of, I’m sorry ma’am.”
“You had better not dare this next time.” Blossom glared at him as she opened the car door and went out.
She stopped for a second before proceeding.
“Well, well, well, who do we have here?”
“If it isn’t the whore trying to steal my man away from me.”
“Excuse me.” Tihana said shocked.
She only kept quiet in the first place to know who she was but calling her names was out of it.
“You heard me. You know, I actually came here to see Aiden but now seeing you is also making me happy in a strange way.”
“I don’t understand you Miss.”
“How much did Diana pay you?”
“Look, I don’t understand everything you’re saying. I’m so confused right now, make me understand.” Tihana pleaded.
Blossom could see the sincerity in her eyes but concluded it to be fake.
“Aiden didn’t also tell me you were dumb?”
Tihana was taken aback.
“Well, I’m kind enough to make you know who I am.”
Tihana paid attention to what she has to say.
“I am Aiden’s girlfriend aka his sweetheart and I heard you’re the side chick he forcefully married.” She had said this to piss Tihana off.
She solemnly believes their marriage wasn’t forced but she couldn’t bring herself to accept it.
Tihana stared at her like she was insane.
“How are you his girlfriend?”
“Is that question referred to me?”
“Who else if not you? Because I can’t see anyone around us here.” Tihana behind her as she spoke.
Blossom stared at her from head to toe and scoffed.
“What did he see you that made him get married to you? Because all I see right now is a poverty stricken whore who just wants him for his money.”
That was it! Tihana already lost it. In the next second, Tihana’s hand has landed on her cheek.
She hates being called names like this.
Blossom raised up her head in ultimate shock.
No one has ever dared to slap her, not even Diana.
She stared dangerously at Tihana who also stared back at her.
Blossom raise her hand to slap back but then, a hand held her hand, making her hand hang in the air.
The person left her hand and stood beside Tihana.
“What do you think you were about to do?”
There was silence as no one knew who the question was thrown to.
“What in hell do you think you’re doing with my wife?” Aiden repeated his question lowly.
Tihana stared around them to see if there was someone else with them asking the question.
“She had the guts to slap me, so I was about giving it back to her.” Blossom replied as a drop of tear rolled down her cheek.
She hates it when Aiden defends another lady other than her.
“She wouldn’t have slapped you if you were in your own house. That is what you get for invading into another’s space.”
“Let’s go darling.” Aiden wrapped his hand on Tihana’s shoulder in a smile and they went inside the house.
Blossom stood rooted to her spot with pain and other emotions combined together.
“How dare you slap her?” Aiden asked as he pushed Tihana away from him.
They were now inside the house and he couldn’t take it in standing so close to Tihana.
He just did all he did outside to make Blossom truly believe he was happily married and so she could stay away from him.
Tihana lost balance and fell on her side to the floor.
“Answer me now. Who gave you the guts to slap her? Do you know that her father can personally sue you for this?” Aiden asked.
Tihana huffed and stood up from the ground.
“And what do you mean by that? Do you bother to know what she did?” Tihana yelled.
“She had the effontery to call me a whore and different sorts of name.” She yelled again when Aiden didn’t say a word.
She breathed out heavily when she finished talking.
“Was that the fucking reason you slapped her?”
“Yes!” Tihana replied boldly.
“You should know that being married to me doesn’t make you slap any of my guest as you wish.”
“Didn’t you hear all what I just said? She started it first by insulting …..”
“I don’t care to know who started it first. I only want you to know that the next time you try slapping her again, you’ll have me to deal with. You are just an ordinary person, have this at the back of your mind.” Aiden left to his room, leaving Tihana in total dismay.
Tihana slumped to the couch close to her in agony. His words hurt her deeply and it reminded her that she has no one in the world.
If only she had maybe a mother then she won’t be forced to even marry Aiden in the first place.
