I stayed home, not going to work, we watched Disney movies that Isa picked, Tobias made sure Lucas was okay, I tried to see him but he refused not wanting his daughter or I to see him like this, later I saw him all dressed wearing a blue shirt and was pitting on his suit jacket he looked so handsome, I stood there watching him, then I remembered I was naked, I only had a towel wrap around me and he was standing just beside the bed where my dress was, Isa had spilled her food on me and I was feeling sweaty, so I went in for a quick shower but what was he doing in my room, I turned to go back into the bathroom but I heard Isa’s voice “Daddy, mama is here she pointed her finger toward my direction and Lucas turned to look at me uhm Arya-” he didn’t complete the sentence when he saw me with only a towel, his eyes ran up and down making me blush harder, I looked down feeling embarrassed, I heard him clear his throat and looked back at Isa, I came to pick Isa shoes but she told me to wear her the shoe here, he said and left immediately.

I grab my dress and quickly changed, I went downstairs and my heart was beating fast and my cheeks were red, Tobias noticed and he raised his eyebrow at me, I gulped when I noticed Lucas eyes on me, I felt conscious, his gaze was making me nervous, he wasn’t saying anything so I cleared my throat and looked at him only to find him looking at me, my family will be here today as the words left his mouth I stopped glaring at Tobias who was making naughty face at me. “His family is coming?” What do you mean by your family is coming? I kept thinking about it what if his sister doesn’t like me, I mean only his father had spoken to me, and his mother is a different case, she hates me, my inner session questioning was cut short when I heard Lucas say they are here, I looked at him and he raised his brows at me, don’t be so tensed, they won’t hurt you, have talked to my mother and she won’t do or say anything bad to you, he said calmly trying to calm me down I wasn’t worried about his mother, I was worried about his sister she was the most important person in his life who he looked up to and I wanted to impress her nut Tobias was against it and told me to be myself that Becca hated anyone that tries to befriend her, I took a deep breath and composed myself, the door opened and they came in.

I looked at Rebecca and back to Isa they looked alike almost as if she birthed her, the eyes, hair, the way she stand that was how Isa stood.

“Brother,” sister he replied back, what the hell is that how they greet each other my mouth was opened watching the interaction, who are you she looked at me her voice was just like her brother, controlling and more demanding before I could answer, Lucas did, “Rebecca meet Arya my girlfriend and Arya, my sister Rebecca” he introduce us, i waved a little feeling nervous, her face was looking pleased knowing I was scared of her, So , “she’s the one?” I slowly took a step back, “I still can’t believe he chose her,” I have a lot of options his mother said swinging her hand in the air bring a little dramatic as always, just look at her, she is not even up to your standard, I hate when his mother judge me like this, I bite my lips not wanting to cry in front of Isa, “enough mother” Rebecca and Lucas yelled at the same time, I was grateful that she stood up for me, his mother clenched her jaw and crossed her arms around her chest huffing. Am sorry about my mother, she can be so annoying sometimes, Rebecca said, looking at me.

“n-no its ok, she just hate me” I managed to say after holding back my tears “well, I like you” she smiled at me which I returned before she noticed the little girl staring at her wide eyed, she squat down and who might this little girl be she smile reassuringly at her “my name is Isabella, no Honey Isabella, are you my daddy’s sister? She asked, yes she answered, you are very pretty but uncle T said you are hot, she looked at us confused who uncle T was, yes she is little one, Tobias came out from his hiding spot, so you’re uncle T she questioned y-yes he replied stumbling on his word which made me giggled while she smirked at T knowing fully well what it does to him when she smirks.

“Well, dear it nice to meet you but since I don’t like the name Honey why don’t I call you Bella, what do you think?” Am Becca and you are Bella, that’s so cool, I know right she picked her up smiling at the little girl, so why don’t you tell me about yourself and what uncle T said about me, she giggled and laughed at Bella who was whispering in her ear while walking away from us, I looked at the boys and noticed them looking dumbfounded watching her chat with Bella. I started to talk to Becca but Isa wanted all the attention on her so I sat back and let them talk. I was in my own world not until I felt someone tugging at me, I looked up and saw Isa standing there with a pout on her face. What happened? I asked, am hungry mama, she said in her cute voice, I smiled at her, she said she wanted you to prepare her favorite which is… oh, it just pancake, you know how to make pancake Rebecca asked, I nod, oh, please make for me, I want one, sure I picked Isa up and went inside the kitchen, I finished making it and gave some to Rebecca and her father, I tried giving it to her mother she stared at the food, disgusted by it which made me roll my eyes, I want ice cream mama, Isa demanded, ok, finish your food, oh, what’s your favorite flavor Rebecca asked the little girl, I like all the flavors but my favorite is chocolate, Rebecca eyes were slightly wide and her mouth were opened “I love chocolate too she answered Bella, really? She nodded, that made us chocolate twins, she giggled, I saw Tobias jotting down something on his paper, what the hell was he doing, he was writing about what Rebecca was like . Something in my head and smiled a little.

After putting Isa to bed which was hard to do because she wanted to play with Becca, she demanded Becca to sleep on her bed which Becca refused at first but she made that face that on one can refuse Becca gave in, I went out and noticed Tobias was waiting at the door, what are you doing here I questioned his motives, n-nothing, tell me the truth T, I was going to talk to Becca again, you know try to reason with her to give me a chance. I sigh knowing fully well Becca doesn’t want to be disturbed I opened the door to let him in but they were asleep, Becca had her arms around Isa, they looked cute together, Tobias was taking pictures while admiring Becca’s face.

We went out trying not to wake them up, what are you guys doing, nothing T answered, we tried to leave, hey Arya, “are we up for our date tomorrow, hmmm tomorrow?” Yes, we can go to the zoo and see the movie later with Isa, sure, sure as long as she is coming with us, no worries it will be a family day. He left smiling, did he just say family day.
