“Have some coffee!” Denton ordered everyone.
Gilmore, Claire’s parents, David and his daughter agreed and picked up their cups to drink.
Now that the crisis was over, everyone felt much more relaxed while drinking their coffee.
After having finished the coffee, David said to Denton, “Mr. Carter, it’s getting late. Jessica is waiting for me at home, Christine and I should go back.”
Denton nodded. “Please come with Jessica some other day. It’s been a while since the last time she visited me.”
“Sure, we’ll come here soon to visit you.” David said with respect.
“Goodbye, grandpa, uncle, aunt! Goodbye, cousin!” Christine also said goodbye to everyone in the Carter family.
Because everyone was leaving, it was time for Gilmore to leave as well.
