Chapter 234 He did Nothing Wrong

Victoria felt better from the small talk she had with Maggie.

Maximilian looked around. He noticed everyone around wore plain clothes. Some of them came from

suburban area. They must be friends in the neighborhood nearby.

Tommy and Alfie walked toward them. They were looking for Maggie and tried to bring her back to the

banquet hall. What’s more, they wanted to humiliate Maximilian and Victoria again.

Tommy arrived first. He squinted at Maximilian and slapped him on the shoulder.

“Loser, what are you looking at? Look at you! You are like a countryman. You make us lose face. Why

trying to humiliate him to death?”

defend a loser? A loser like him was born to be taunted.”

“Your conclusion is very precise. A loser’s existence is of no value except for being sneered at. His

the same reason, aren’t you? Ah ha ha!” said Tommy while slapping Maximilian heavily on the

shoulder. Maximilian clenched his teeth without saying a word, bearing the pain in silence.

Victoria was so angry that she clenched her teeth and asked furiously, “What do you want? To what

extent do you intend to bully him?”

“Bully? Don’t you feel ashamed for saying that? Victoria, you used to pretend to be a decent girl and we

Maximilian and Alfie with surprise.

Alfie’s was only thinking about revenge now. He looked around for anything to hit Maximilian.

Tommy saw what happened and immediately stopped Alfie, “Alfie, let’s go back first. We should let

elder uncle deal with this.

Alfie didn’t find the things he wanted; what’s more, he thought what Tommy said made sense; so he

pointed at Maximilian with great strength, “Waite for me here! I will teach you a lesson later. You are a

Alfie turned around and left. Tommy scowled at Maximilian and said after Alfie, “You loser! If you sneak

away, then you are a coward. Stay here and wait for me to settle a score with you…”

Both Victoria and Maggie sighed after they realized what had happened.

do anything wrong. How can I make him apologize? If we did something wrong, we would admit it. But

we didn’t, so why to say sorry? The only wrong thing he did is being too impetuous.”

Victoria didn’t think Maximilian was wrong. If anyone else had been humiliated by Alfie like that, he

would have already hit Alfie.
